As previously communicated to Non-NISOA Officials on 8/30:
We have made a decision to create MASO badges and will issue MASO badges to those referees who are non-NISOA members. We have a small list of referees that are not NISOA-registered and will be sending out MASO badges as soon as possible. Use this form to request a MASO badge.
